Returns & Exchanges

At YOUNGGENERATION, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
